Kura karam (Curry powder):
Ingredients:
 Red chilli
 Sea salt powdered
 Coriander
 Fenugreek
 Roasted Bengal gram lentils
 Black gram
 Garlic
 Oil
Directions for use:
Curry/ Sambar- For 2 servings add 1 tbl spoon of this curry powder mixed with all the
spices will enhance the aroma and taste of your dish.
One can have this kura karma with plain hot rice with drop of ghee & as well with idli
& ghee

Storage: Use dry spoon for serving, store in dry and cool place
